What does 'Daytime Admission' Include?

Daytime Admission includes access to the STAY OUT LATE Paranormal Event and free-roam access to Hill View Manor from 2–6 PM. Explore the building, shop paranormal vendors and creators, check out SCXRD and Hill View Manor merch, and meet Chris Baird during the free meet & greet from 3–5 PM. Daytime tickets are $15 and may be purchased online in advance or at the door.

Does a Night Shift ticket include Daytime admisson?

Yes. Every Night Shift ticket includes access to the daytime event from 2–6 PM. If you purchase a Night Shift ticket, you do not need to purchase a separate daytime ticket.

What is the Night Shift?

The Night Shift is a limited-capacity paranormal investigation inside Hill View Manor from 7 PM–2 AM. After a short orientation, guests will be able to explore and investigate the building at their own pace. Optional small-group investigations with Chris Baird will also be available during the night.

Is the Night Shift a guided tour?

No. The Night Shift is primarily a free-roam paranormal investigation, not a seven-hour guided tour. Guests are free to investigate independently or with their group, with optional small-group sessions available. We will offer an optional History tour around 7:10PM. Please meet at the front of the building.

How old do you have to be for the Night Shift?

ALL Night Shift guests must be 16 Years or Older.

Can Night Shift guests bring their own equipment?

Yes. Night Shift guests are welcome and encouraged to bring their own paranormal investigation equipment. Because this is a free-roam investigation, please be mindful of other guests conducting their own sessions throughout the building. Avoid interrupting active investigations, and give others a heads-up before using equipment that produces bright lights, loud sounds, music, voices or other audio that could interfere with their evidence or experience. Please keep equipment under your control at all times and respect Hill View Manor, other investigators, and all closed or restricted areas.

Will Food and Drinks be available?

Yes. Food will be available for purchase during the daytime event from 2–6 PM.

Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase during both the daytime event and The Night Shift.

Night Shift guests can also use the 6–7 PM break between events to grab dinner or additional snacks from nearby restaurants and convenience stores before returning for the nighttime investigation.

Where is the Chris Baird Meet & Greet?

Chris will have a dedicated meet & greet in the Atrium at the end of Hill View Manor's One North wing from 3–5 PM. The meet & greet is included with daytime admission, and photos on your own phone or camera are completely free.

An optional $5 event-exclusive signed package will also be available, including a physical Polaroid-style photo with Chris, an event sticker and event wristband.

Chris will also be roaming Hill View Manor and hanging out with guests throughout both the daytime event and The Night Shift. The 3–5 PM meet & greet is simply the dedicated time and location where you're guaranteed to be able to stop by, say hi, chat and grab a photo.

During The Night Shift, Chris will also be participating in the investigation and hosting optional small-group sessions throughout the night.

What should I wear or bring?

This event takes place in November in Pennsylvania, and parts of Hill View Manor may be cold. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Night Shift guests may also want to bring flashlights, paranormal equipment and anything else they normally use while investigating.

Can I take photos, film, and livestream during the event?

Personal photos and reasonable filming for your own investigation are welcome. However, livestreaming is NOT PERMITTED during the event.

Please be respectful of other guests who are conducting their own investigations. Avoid filming other guests without their permission, and be mindful of bright video lights, flash photography, loud talking or anything else that could interfere with another group's investigation or evidence.

Content creators are welcome to capture their own experience, but filming should never disrupt the investigation or the experience of other guests.

What is the Refund Policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or if the event is canceled by the organizer. Please make sure you are able to attend on Sunday, November 8, 2026 before purchasing.

Can I Smoke or Vape inside Hill View Manor?

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Hill View Manor. A designated smoking area is available outside.

Are alcohol, marijuana, or drugs allowed?

No. Alcohol, marijuana and illegal drugs are not permitted at STAY OUT LATE or anywhere on Hill View Manor property during the event.

Guests who arrive visibly intoxicated or impaired, or who become intoxicated, disruptive or unable to safely participate during the event, may be refused entry or removed without a refund.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Hill View Manor. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.

What do Vendors need to know?

Vendor spaces are located inside the actual rooms of Hill View Manor's first-floor One North wing. Spaces are $30 each and limited to only 20 vendors.

Vendor load-in begins around 1 PM, with the event open to the public from 2–6 PM. Vendor parking is located behind Hill View Manor, and we'll direct vendors to the appropriate unloading and parking area when they arrive.

Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, racks and anything else needed for their setup. Please keep setups within your assigned space and keep hallways and doorways clear.

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, sales and payment processing. Load-out begins after the daytime event ends at 6 PM.

Only 20 vendor spaces are available. Once they're filled, vendor registration will close.

What happens between the daytime event and the Night Shift?

The daytime event ends at 6 PM, and Hill View Manor will temporarily close while vendors load out and the building is reset for the nighttime investigation.

Night Shift guests should arrive no earlier than 6:45 PM, with The Night Shift beginning at 7 PM.

If you're attending both portions of the event, the break from 6–7 PM is a great time to grab dinner, get snacks, charge up and get ready for the night. There are several food and convenience options nearby, including Sheetz less than 10 minutes from Hill View Manor.

Your Night Shift ticket includes daytime admission, so you're welcome to attend the 2–6 PM event, head out for the break, and return for The Night Shift.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free parking is available on site at Hill View Manor. Please follow event signage and staff directions when you arrive.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Daytime Admission may be purchased at the door for $15, subject to available capacity. You can also purchase daytime tickets online in advance. 

Night Shift tickets are available for purchase ONLINE ONLY, and maybe be sold out on the day of the event. 

Are any areas of Hill View restricted? What are the event rules?

Yes. While guests will have extensive access to Hill View Manor, some areas may be closed, restricted or off-limits for safety, operational or property-related reasons. Restricted areas will be identified by Hill View Manor or event staff.

Do not enter any area marked closed or restricted. Intentionally entering an off-limits area may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

Please respect Hill View Manor, its property, staff, vendors and other guests. Do not damage, move or remove anything from the building. Dangerous, excessively disruptive, disrespectful or intentionally interfering behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

During The Night Shift especially, please remember that other guests are conducting their own investigations. Give people space, keep unnecessary noise under control and avoid interfering with another group's equipment or investigation.

Hill View Manor and event staff have final say regarding safety, restricted areas and guest conduct.

Can I come just meet Chris without purchasing admission?

The Chris Baird Meet & Greet from 3–5 PM is free with paid daytime event admission, but admission to Hill View Manor is still required to enter the event.

If you're coming specifically to meet Chris, you will still need either a $15 Daytime Admission ticket or a Night Shift ticket, which already includes daytime admission.

Please do not travel to Hill View Manor without planning to purchase event admission. Daytime tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the door, subject to available capacity.

Once you're inside, there is no additional charge to meet Chris, talk, hang out or take photos on your own phone or camera. The optional $5 signed Polaroid-style package is completely separate and is not required.

Can I leave and come back during the event?

Yes. Re-entry is allowed during the event. Guests are welcome to leave Hill View Manor and return during their applicable ticketed event hours.

If you're attending both the daytime event and The Night Shift, you're encouraged to use the 6–7 PM break to grab dinner, pick up snacks or anything else you may need for the night.

Please keep your event wristband, ticket or credential with you, as you may be asked to show it when re-entering Hill View Manor.

Night Shift guests should return no earlier than 6:45 PM for the nighttime portion of the event.
